Hyeres

This was the view I woke up to on a hill just outside Hyeres which is a town on the French Riviera. It was a nice peaceful nights sleep under the stars, even if the climb up the night before was an experience. It was worth it.
Hyeres has a nice old town which was enjoyable to walk around, or more up and down. It’s set on a hillside and has many narrow streets and old buildings. There is a walking tour route that takes in the sites of old churches, a knights templar tower and many local arts and crafts studios. Well worth a visit if your in the area.

I spent a few days in Hyeres. The town had a happy relaxed atmosphere and people were kind. There was a nice pedestrianised shopping street which I enjoyed playing, without having to compete with traffic noise.
Also spent a nice sunny afternoon in a park chilling with the guitar.
